What to expect before we go live.

General

Wujud is a social media management platform that lets you create, schedule, and publish posts across 1 platforms, social networks and blogs alike, from shared workspaces. It includes AI-powered content ideation, analytics, team collaboration, and a developer API.
Wujud supports DEV, 1 platforms in total. You can connect one account per platform in each workspace.
Sign up for free and you'll get a 0-day trial with full access to the paid-plan publishing features. No credit card required. The trial doesn't include AI credits. AI tools run on paid plans, which each come with a monthly credit allowance, and you can buy more as a pack. After the trial, you can continue on the Free plan or upgrade to a paid plan.
Yes. The Free plan includes 1 workspace, up to 20 posts/month, and access to all supported platforms. No credit card required.

Pricing & Plans

Wujud offers 5 plans: Free ($0/mo), Starter ($10/mo founders price, $14/mo list), Creator ($19/mo founders price, $24/mo list), Pro ($49/mo founders price, $59/mo list), Agency ($149/mo founders price, $179/mo list). All paid plans include yearly billing with savings.
Plans differ in the number of posts per month, scheduled posts, workspaces, drafts, ideas, media storage, analytics retention, API access, and available add-ons. Every plan has a monthly post limit, and Agency's is the largest. On Creator, Pro and Agency you can top it up with a post pack for a busy month. If you run out every month, a bigger plan is the better deal. See the pricing section for the full comparison.
Yes. Yearly billing saves you money compared to monthly billing. The exact savings depend on your plan tier.
Your account automatically moves to the Free plan. Your existing scheduled posts will still publish, and workspaces beyond the Free plan's limits become read-only. The Free plan has no media library, so if you have files in yours, you get 30 days to download them or upgrade before they're removed. You can upgrade at any time.
New users get a 0-day free trial with full access to the paid-plan publishing features. No credit card required. It does not include AI credits. AI tools need a paid plan, which comes with a monthly credit allowance, and you can buy more as a pack. You can upgrade to a paid plan at any time during or after the trial. If you don't upgrade, your account automatically moves to the Free plan when the trial ends.
Yes. Every paid plan includes a monthly allowance of AI Credits: Starter 100, Creator 500, Pro 2,000, and Agency 6,000. The Free plan includes none, and the trial does not include any either. The allowance starts when a paid subscription becomes active. The allowance resets at the start of each cycle and does not roll over: whatever is left of this month's allowance is replaced by a fresh one rather than added to it. If you subscribe yearly you still receive the allowance monthly, not twelve months of credits up front. Credit packs you buy are separate and are treated differently. Your monthly allowance is spent first, so a pack is only drawn on once the allowance runs out, and a pack keeps its own much longer validity window instead of expiring with the month. Changing plan never touches your purchased credits: upgrading mid-cycle adds the difference between the two allowances, and downgrading caps the allowance at the new plan's figure. Cancelling keeps the allowance for the period you already paid for. The exact allowance for each plan is shown on the pricing page, and the app always shows what an operation costs before you run it.
AI Credits are a single, transparent meter for every AI feature in Wujud. AI tools need a paid plan, and every paid plan includes a monthly allowance of credits that resets each cycle without rolling over (see "Do paid plans include AI credits every month?"). You can also buy credits as a pack. The monthly allowance is spent first, and each AI run (idea generation, content enhance, image generation, and so on) deducts credits when it runs successfully. What a balance is worth depends entirely on what you spend it on, and the units differ per operation: images and ideas are charged per item, text per run, but audio and video are charged per second, so a pack card saying "10 videos" means ten clips at the default short length, and longer clips cost proportionally more. Because of that, treat any "N videos" figure as a count at that stated duration, not a promise of ten finished videos of any length. Credit pack prices are listed on the Pricing page. What each run costs in credits is tuned in the app, which always shows the exact cost before you run anything, and that quote is the number to trust. Purchased credits have a configured expiry window with a grace period and advance notifications, so you have time to use or top up before anything is locked. Your monthly plan allowance is unaffected by that and simply resets. If you'd rather not spend credits at all, configure BYOK for that operation (see "Can I use my own AI keys (BYOK)?"). Operations that run on your own provider don't consume Wujud AI Credits.
Neither, exactly. Each plan is a flat monthly price that includes a set number of workspaces, and every workspace can connect each supported platform once. You never pay per connected account. If you manage one brand, one workspace is enough. For several brands, use the workspaces your plan includes, then move up a plan or, from Creator up, add extra workspaces.
Each brand typically maps to its own workspace, so accounts, drafts, ideas, and team access stay cleanly separated. Each plan includes a set number of workspaces, and from Creator up you can add more with the Extra Workspace add-on. There is no per-channel fee inside a workspace, so the cost of running ten brands is determined by the workspaces and seats you need, not by how many social accounts those brands have.

Billing

We accept major credit cards. Payments are processed through our payment provider, which handles tax and VAT globally.
Upgrades take effect immediately. You're charged a prorated amount for the remaining days of your billing period, and a new cycle starts from the upgrade date.
You keep your current plan until the end of your billing period. At the next cycle, your plan switches to the lower tier. You can cancel the pending downgrade anytime before the period ends.
Cancel anytime from Dashboard, Settings, Billing & Plan. Your subscription stays active until the end of your billing period. After that, your account reverts to the Free plan. Existing scheduled posts continue to publish, and workspaces beyond the Free plan's limits become read-only. The Free plan has no media library, so if you have files in yours, you get 30 days to download them or upgrade before they're removed.
Go to Dashboard, Settings, Billing & Plan and click "Manage Payment" to open the payment portal where you can update your card and manage your subscription.
Yes. You can get a full refund within 14 days of any charge, whether it's your first payment, a renewal, an add-on, or a credit pack. You don't need to give a reason. Paddle handles our payments, so the quickest way is to look up your order at [paddle.net](https://paddle.net) and request it there. You can also [contact us](/contact) and we'll sort it out. A refunded plan or add-on ends right away, and your account moves back to Free. A refunded credit pack takes its credits back out of your balance, or whatever is left of them if you've spent some. The details are in our [Refund Policy](/pages/refund-policy).
Receipts are automatically generated after each payment. Download them from the Transaction History dialog on the Billing page.

Features

Both scheduled posts and publish-now posts count toward your monthly post quota. The difference is timing: scheduled posts are queued to publish at a future date/time, while publish-now sends immediately. Each plan also has a separate limit on how many posts can be in scheduled status at the same time. For example, the Free plan allows up to 20 posts a month, with up to 3 of them scheduled at once.
AI runs on AI Credits, not on a separate subscription. AI tools are available on paid plans, and every paid plan includes a monthly allowance of credits (Starter 100, Creator 500, Pro 2,000, and Agency 6,000) which resets each cycle and does not roll over. The Free plan and the trial include none. You can buy more as a pack at any time. The monthly allowance is spent first, and purchased credits keep their own longer validity. Each run deducts what it costs, and the app shows that cost before you run it. Alternatively you can switch text operations to BYOK by connecting your own provider key, and those will not spend Wujud credits; media generation always uses credits.
Bring Your Own Key lets you connect your own API key for supported AI providers, including OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, Kimi Code, Z AI, Sumopod, and any OpenAI-compatible endpoint. It applies to text operations only — ideas, posts, and enhancement — while images, video, voice and document OCR always run on Wujud's providers and spend AI Credits. In BYOK mode those text generations are unlimited and carry no additional subscription cost. Available on all paid plans as an alternative to spending Wujud AI Credits on text.
The media library comes with every paid plan. Storage is persistent, cloud-based, and shared per user across all your workspaces: Starter 1 GB, Creator 2 GB, Pro 15 GB, and Agency 75 GB. From Creator up you can add more storage as an add-on. The Free plan has no media library: a post's images and video are kept only until it publishes.
Each workspace supports all 1 platforms (DEV), but each platform can only be connected once per workspace. To connect the same platform with a different account, switch to a different workspace or disconnect the current account first. Team members can be invited on plans that support it. The number of workspaces and team members depends on your plan tier.
Yes, on every plan, Free included. Your plan decides how much history is kept: 7 days on Free, 30 on Starter, 30 on Creator, 90 on Pro, and 365 on Agency. Scope: analytics cover posts published through Wujud. We read each post's metrics back from the platform it went out on. Posts you created directly in the native app are not tracked, because Wujud has no record of them.
Yes, on every plan. Free keys can publish posts and check usage, and paid plans open up more of the API, with more keys and webhooks as you go up. The full reference is at [/docs/api](/docs/api), along with a machine-readable OpenAPI spec. Official SDKs for TypeScript, Go and Dart are coming soon. Until then, the REST API works from any language.
Drafts let you save posts in progress before scheduling or publishing. Ideas help you brainstorm content. You can create them manually or generate them with AI, which needs a paid plan and spends AI credits (or your own key in BYOK mode). The number of drafts and ideas available depends on your plan. For example, the Free plan includes 10 drafts a month and no ideas, while Agency goes up to 2,000 drafts and 1,000 ideas a month.
Wujud supports text posts, image posts, video posts, carousels, and platform-specific formats like Instagram Reels and Stories. You can customize content and media separately for each platform within a single post, so the same post can have different text or images on each platform.
If publishing fails on some platforms but succeeds on others, the post is marked as partially failed. The system automatically retries failed platforms in the background. If all retries are exhausted, the post credit is refunded and you'll be notified.
Comments sync for posts you publish through Wujud on . We start tracking a post the moment it's published and pull its comments on your plan's schedule, so you can read and reply without leaving Wujud. Discord needs the Wujud bot on your server for this, which is one extra authorize from the account row. Posts you published outside Wujud are picked up too: we scan your connected accounts on a schedule, and the 'Sync accounts' button in the Inbox runs that scan right away. The other networks don't let apps read comments, so those stay on the platform itself.
On any comment we've synced, you can reply or delete it from the Comments page, and the change is made on the platform itself. Hiding only works where the platform offers it (). On the others, deleting is the way to take a comment down. Bulk hide and bulk delete are available on Pro and Agency.
Reply templates are short canned responses (e.g. "Thanks for your support!") you can save once and reuse on any comment. Pick a template from the reply dialog to fill the box, edit if needed, and send. Templates live per workspace. Free and Starter don't include templates. Creator allows 5, Pro 15, and Agency 50.
Comment rules watch incoming comments for conditions you set (e.g. content contains "giveaway", author name starts with "@spam") and suggest an action: a reply, a hide, or a delete. Nothing happens on the platform until you approve it. Suggestions wait in Inbox, Automation, Approvals, where you can approve them, edit a reply first, or dismiss them. Rules check every new comment we sync. You can scope a rule to specific connected accounts or apply it across all of them. Hiding only exists on , so an approved Hide does nothing on other platforms: the comment stays up and the run shows as failed in the rule's History. Use a Delete rule there, or scope the Hide rule to accounts that support it. Comment rules start on Creator: Free and Starter have no rules, Creator allows up to 3, Pro 10, and Agency 50.
Yes, with one guardrail. Rules are grouped into two categories: Reply (Reply with template, Reply with AI) and Visibility (Hide, Delete). Each comment gets at most one suggestion per category, so you are never asked to reply twice or to hide and then delete the same comment. Within a category, the highest-priority matching rule makes the suggestion (ties break by creation date). A comment that matches both categories gets one reply suggestion and one visibility suggestion, and you approve or dismiss each on its own.
A Reply with AI rule drafts a reply for each matching comment, using the instructions you set on the rule (e.g. "thank them warmly and mention our weekend sale"). The draft waits in Approvals, where you can post it as is, edit it first, or dismiss it. Nothing is posted until you approve it. Writing the draft spends AI credits from your balance, usually a credit or two depending on how long the prompt and reply are, so a dismissed draft still costs what it took to write. You can view recent runs and any failures from the History button on each rule. If your balance runs out, AI drafts pause until you top up or your monthly allowance resets.
Some platforms push new comments to us, and those usually arrive within seconds. Everything else, and anything a push misses, is fetched on a schedule that depends on your plan, and whenever you click 'Sync accounts' in the Inbox. Each pass fetches up to about 250 comments per post, so a very busy post can take a few passes to catch up.
No. When you delete a comment from Wujud, we call the platform's delete API straight away, and no platform we sync with offers a way to bring a deleted comment back. If you only want a comment out of sight, hide it instead, where the platform allows that (). Hidden comments stay on the platform and can be un-hidden any time.
They turn a prompt, a photo or a clip into something ready to post: images and art styles, short videos, voiceovers and transcripts, and edits like reframing a video for every format. Each tool runs in the dashboard, spends AI credits, and shows the cost before you run it. The full list of what's live, with what each tool does, is at [/tools](/tools).
Yes, for writing. BYOK covers the writing features: content ideas, generating and regenerating posts, enhancing a post or an idea, and AI reply suggestions. Connect your own key and those runs go through your provider instead of ours, and spend no Wujud AI Credits. The AI Tools do not use BYOK. Everything under Tools, from images and video to voice and transcription, always runs on Wujud's own providers and spends AI Credits. Each of those models needs its own request format, so a key on its own is not enough to run them properly. BYOK needs a paid plan. Supported providers are OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, Kimi Code, Z AI, Sumopod, and any OpenAI-compatible endpoint. Add yours in Settings → AI Providers.
Both kinds. A site you run yourself on your own domain, and a blog hosted at WordPress.com, including one on a custom domain through them. Wujud asks which one you have when you connect, because the two sign in differently: your own site mints an application password on its own approval screen, while WordPress.com uses a normal sign-in where you pick the blog. Everything after that is the same, so the rest of these answers apply to both.

Limits & Quotas

Wujud uses a grace zone system. When you approach your limit, you'll see a warning. Beyond the soft limit, you enter a grace zone where you can finish what you're working on, but new scheduling will be blocked until the next billing period or you upgrade.
You won't lose existing files. New uploads are blocked until you free up space, move to a bigger plan, or, from Creator up, add a storage pack.
Existing scheduled posts continue to publish. Workspaces and content beyond your new plan's limits become read-only, so you can still view and export everything. For media library storage: if your files exceed the new plan's quota, you get a 30-day grace period to back up your files, upgrade, or, from Creator up, add a storage pack. After 30 days, if storage is still over quota, the oldest files are automatically removed until usage is within the new limit.
Go to your workspace settings under Billing to see a detailed breakdown of your current usage. You can track posts, drafts, ideas, scheduled posts, workspaces, team members, and media storage, all with progress bars showing how much of your plan's quota you've used.
Two different limits apply to scheduling, and they are easy to confuse. Queue depth is how many posts may sit in the scheduled state at once. Schedule horizon is how far into the future a publish time may be set: 30 days on Free, 60 on Starter, 90 on Creator, 180 on Pro and 365 on Agency. A post dated beyond your horizon is rejected when you save it, and the date picker in the composer stops at the limit as well. Slots return as posts publish, so the queue frees itself over time.
Each workspace gets its own allowance: 1 on Free, Starter and Creator, 3 on Pro and 5 on Agency. The limit is per workspace, not per account, so a second workspace comes with its own keys. Keys are counted when you create one. If you are already at your limit, create is refused until you revoke one, and the slot returns immediately when you do. Downgrading never deletes keys: if you drop from Pro to Creator with three keys live, all three keep working and keep authenticating, you simply cannot create a fourth until you are back under the Creator limit.
The allowance follows API keys on paid plans, and is also per workspace: none on Free, 1 on Starter and Creator, 3 on Pro and 5 on Agency. One event feature may hold several endpoints at once, so posts can go to staging and to production, as long as the URLs differ. Downgrading never switches a webhook off: existing endpoints stay active and keep receiving deliveries, only creating an additional one is refused. Delete a webhook to free the slot.
Every plan gets the same REST API. What changes is which scopes a key can hold. Lite (Free) covers Posts and Usage, so you can publish and check your own limits and credit balance. Standard (Starter and Creator) adds Ideas, Media and Webhooks, which is everything you need to automate publishing. Advanced (Pro) adds Accounts, Members and Analytics, the parts that start to matter once you work as a team. Full (Agency) adds AI, which spends AI credits on every call, plus Insights, Channels and Automation. A plan can't create or edit a key with a scope above its level. After a downgrade, a key that already holds one is refused on those endpoints and keeps working everywhere else.

We use industry-standard authentication, role-based access control, rate limiting, and encrypted token storage. All social platform integrations use official APIs provided by each platform, ensuring secure and trusted connections. Platform tokens are securely managed and automatically refreshed.

Add-ons

Add-ons start on Creator: extra workspaces and storage packs from Creator up, and extra team members on Pro and Agency. Starter has no add-ons. AI is not an add-on. Every paid plan already includes a monthly AI credit allowance, and you can buy more as a credit pack, bought separately. Prices for every add-on and pack are listed on the Pricing page.
Yes, from Creator up. Extra workspaces are an add-on on Creator, Pro and Agency, useful when you need more than your plan includes for another brand or client. Starter can't add workspaces, so moving up a plan is the way there.
Yes, from Creator up. Storage comes in packs of 50, 150 or 350 GB, you can hold up to two at once, and they stack on top of your plan's included storage. Prices are listed on the Pricing page.
A post pack adds extra posts on top of your monthly limit. There are two sizes, 100 and 300 posts, and you can buy up to 3 a month on Creator, Pro or Agency. Pack posts are for the current calendar month, and any you don't use expire when it ends. If you keep running out, a bigger plan works out cheaper per post.
